7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All creator subscription plan upgrades are backed by our 7-day 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your creator tools, contact our billing team for a full refund.
1. Creator Subscription Plans
Creators can register and choose subscription packages (Free Starter, Professional Guide, or Unlimited Agency) to unlock higher tour package limits and daily blog publishing quotas:
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selected billing frequency.
- Coupon discount codes applied during checkout provide immediate savings on the invoice total.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express processed via secure PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
- Direct Bank Wire Transfer: Creators can upload bank deposit receipt slips via the Creator Recharge Portal. Transfers are reviewed and approved by Super Admins within 1–24 hours.
3. Subscription Refund & Cancellation Policy
- 7-Day Guarantee: If you request a cancellation within 7 days of initial subscription payment, a 100% refund will be issued.
- Cancellation: You may cancel recurring renewals at any time from your Creator Settings. Your plan benefits will remain active until the end of your prepaid billing period.
4. Traveler Tour Booking Payments
Tour package prices listed on creator landing pages are determined directly by the independent guide or agency. sri-lanka.me does not collect booking funds directly from travelers for individual tours unless explicitly specified. Travelers pay hosts directly (e.g. upon arrival or via host's agreed payment gateway).
